PRODUCT DETAILS

• Self-aligning hydraulic butt fusion machines, suitable for welding under-pressure pipes for water, gas and other fluids.
• Built according to the International standards (UNI 10565, ISO 12176-1), BASIC 355 includes:
• A machine body built with a supporting frame, four clamps and two hydraulic cylinders with fast non-drip coupling connections. It comes with the fast-locking-adapters system SMARTLocK patented by Ritmo
• A Teflon-coated (PTFE) heating plate with a built-in independent thermometer, to check the working temperature, and an high-precision electronic thermoregulator “Digital Dragon” (±1°C) with digital display and regulating buttons
• This system includes Led indicators to check if the machine is working normally (live tension and working temperature), contingent probe’s failures and/or temperature anomalies
• An extractable electric milling cutter to face the heads of the pipes and/or fittings. It includes a safety micro-switch and a thermal circuit breaker
• An electrohydraulic gearcase with a clamps opening and closing lever, maximum pressure and release valves (also useful when welding with the “Dual Pressure” procedure), hydraulic hoses with non-drip quick couplings, a timer (for the heating and welding phases). The machine is preset for the connection of the electronic controller THE INSPECTOR
• A milling cutter/ heating plate support BASIC 355 is able to weld fittings like elbows, tees, Y-branches and flanges necks
• Clamps And Cylinders:
• The machine body is robust and composed of a welded steel frame, four aluminum clamps, and two hydraulic cylinders with drip-free quick couplings
• Smartlock:
• The SmartLock system (Ritmo Patent) allows you to speed up welding preparation times without the use of any tools, with quick locking and release of inserts
• Master:
• The Master 250 mm adapter optimizes operating costs by allowing the use of Basic 250 model inserts
• Heating Plate:
• The heating plate is Teflon-coated. Adding value is the presence of the high-precision electronic thermoregulator: Digital Dragon. An independent verification thermometer is provided for temperature reading
• Electrical Milling Cutter:
• Electrical Milling Cutter equipped with long-lasting blades, attachment system, on/off switch, safety microswitch and motor overload protection. PP-R pipe blades available on request
• Electro-Hydraulic Gearcase:
• Contained in a protective box our electro-hydraulic gearcase will be precise and powerful, and able to always provide you with the best welding management effectiveness (also in "Dual Pressure" mode)
• Drag Bar:
• Configuring the Drag bar, Basic 355 easily welds fittings and flanges necks without any additional equipment
• Detach Device:
• The Detach device functions as the support for the heating plate, and with its mechanical action it triggers the detachment of the heating plate during the exchange phase, making your work easier
